Configuring a device
Each type of Taxi Butler device has specific configurations and options that can be set up.
Device configurations & options
Devices & tech can be configured from the Venue page. Devices & tech can be configured for each venue separately and can also be be set up as a default configuration from the Company Settings page. You can find the full list of available configurations & options for the difference devices in the table below.| Description | Configuration | |

The configuration options described above may vary based on the integration with dispatch system.
Reloading device configurations
When you make changes to venues, the configuration must be reloaded on the device itself to sync the changes from the PORTAL onto the devices. Reloading the configuration is done differently depending on the type of device.Reloading the configuration on the Taxi Butler ONE can be done in the following ways:
- By restarting or resetting your device
- By placing a booking
- Or by simply waiting, the configuration will reload automatically every hour
