I’m unable to log in to the PORTAL

If you’re unable to log in to the PORTAL, please try the following solutions:
  • Ensure your email address and password are correct
    • Double-check for any extra spaces and check that CAPS LOCKS is off
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Reset your password by clicking on “Forgot your password?”

Some bookings are failing

Failed bookings can be caused by a variety of reasons. Here are the most common ones:
  • Incorrect configurations: the device may not be configured correctly in the PORTAL. Double-check your device configuration and venue settings.
  • Service outages: there may be a service outage with your dispatch system.
  • No internet connection: sometimes, your device may lost connection to the internet and therefore create failed trips. Try resetting your device or moving it so it has a stronger connection.
