You can easily contact your transportation provider using the Mobile Booking Tracker. Just scan the QR code found on your printed ticket, on the screen, or in the SMS you received to track your taxi.
  1. Press on the menu icon in the top left of the page
  2. Then press on the Transportation provider T&Cs menu item
  3. A page will open the transportation provider’s contact information
The Transportation Provider’s terms & conditions that apply to your booking can also be found on this page.If you paid for the taxi on the device, you can also find the Transportation Provider’s email address on the email receipt you received after your booking.
