The pre-authorisation amount is provided based on the fare given to us by the transportation provider’s dispatch system. Once the trip is complete, the final amount is calculated and charged — this may be higher if the fare changed due to distance, waiting time, tolls, or surcharges.
Your terms and conditions are shown on the device so passengers can read and accept them before booking. This gives passengers clear visibility of the conditions that apply to their booking.
