Sometimes, the Taxi Butler PRO may display a “BLOCKED” message on-screen, this happens when the device is blocked intentionally, or if the necessary configurations are not setup for the device.To check if the necessary configurations are setup, head over the Venues page and search for the venue using the search bar or find it in the list of venues.
Click on the name of the venue you’d like to edit from the Venues page
Click on the “Edit” button at the top right of the page
Scroll down to the Taxi Butler PRO Options section
Ensure that the configuration for the Taxi Butler PRO is enabled by clicking on the dropdown next to “Enabled” and choose “Yes”
