How to reload the configuration

Reloading the configuration on the Taxi Butler PRO can be done in the following way:
  1. Click on the menu icon in the top left of the screen
  2. Then, click on “Reload configuration”

The device is “BLOCKED”

Sometimes, the Taxi Butler PLUS may display a “BLOCKED” message on-screen, this happens when the device is blocked intentionally by the transportation provider, or if the necessary configurations are not setup for the device. To resolve this, please contact your transportation provider or contact support.

The device is unresponsive
